Getting Listed

  1. The Mediator Locator Directory is designed to assist legal practitioners, business people and the general community locate a suitably qualified, conveniently located mediator within an Australian State or Territory and regions within.
  2. Becoming listed on Mediator Locator Directory effectively showcases a mediator's availability, experience and location to assist disputants select a suitable mediator.
  3. All mediators listed in the Directory must have mediation training, accreditation and qualifications to practise as a mediator.
  4. After submitting of Application Form and acceptance of your application, subscribers will be listed in the Directory and issued with a Tax Invoice for payment.
  5. Listings in the Directory will be automatically renewed on the anniversary date of issue of the first Tax Invoice, unless otherwise advised in writing prior to renewal date that a further subscription is not required.
  6. If a listing in the Directory is required for more than one (1) Region (Standard Listing) or two (2) Regions ( Premium Listing), an additional payment of $25.00 plus GST p.a. per additional Region is payable.
  7. Mediators have three (3) LISTING OPTIONS from which to choose: Application Form

Standard Listing

Cost: $75.00 plus GST p.a.

  • Telephone number
  • Facsimile number
  • Email address
  • Any three (3) nominated areas of law/expertise
  • One (1) Region listing

    Premium Listing

    Cost: $200.00 plus GST p.a.

    Features included in a Premium Listing:

  • All of above features of a Standard Listing, plus...
  • Top of the leader board listing for any particular Region in order of receipt (excluding Optimum Listings)
  • Mediator's photo or logo in top right hand corner of web page
  • Website address link
  • Nominate any number of areas of law or expertise
  • Outline of qualifications (ten (10) lines)
  • Outline of personal experience (ten (10) lines)
  • Memberships, Court panels, official appointments
  • Languages
  • Two (2) Regional listings

    Optimum Listing

    Cost: To be negotiated

    Features included in an Optimum Listing:

  • All of the features of a Standard and Premium Listing
  • Listing for all Regions within a State or Territory
  • Top of the leader board listing for any particular Region in order of receipt.
