Nigel is the Director of Biginell & Associates a team of nationally accredited mediators and conflict management coaches. Together, the team has successfully conducted over 2,000 mediations.

Nigel is a senior mediator with the ACT Civil & Administrative Tribunal and is on the mediator panel for the Supreme Court of the ACT. 

The B&A team are regularly called on to facilitate mediations which cover a wide and diverse range of clientele and subject matter.

Mediation areas they are involved in include  workplace, commercial, business, civil claims and relationship issues in both the public and private sectors.

Nigel and his team of registered and experienced mediators are available to meet all requirements.
