Personal Experience

Penny is a Solicitor with over 25 years experience and over 17 years
experience as a Mediator. She is an approved mediator with the Queensland
Law Society, LEADR, and the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of
Queensland.

As a registered Family Dispute Resolution Provider, Penny can sign Section
60I Certificates in parenting matters which are required by the Family and
Federal Magistrates Courts.

Penny is an experienced mediation coach and has spoken on mediation issues
at a number of conferences.

Penny has conducted approximately 2000 mediations throughout Queensland.

In 2007, Penny was a Queensland Regional Woman Lawyer of the Year finalist.
