Personal Experience
Warwick Finney has been in practice as a chartered accountant for over 40 years. For the past 15 years he has specialised in the areas of litigation support, forensic accounting, arbitration, expert determination and mediation. He has been involved in adjudicating, and more recently, presenting cases to the Disciplinary and Appeal Tribunals of the Institute of Chartered Accountants dealing with a range of matters including professional negligence. He also specialises in the assessment of damages and the quantification of losses and the valuation of businesses.
Warwick has been a co author of the CCH publication "The Accountant as an Expert Witness - A Basic Guide to Forensic Accounting", magazine articles concerning dispute resolution and has been a presenter to students in the Forensic Accounting course at Wollongong University.
