Personal Experience
Danielle is a human resource consultant, specialising in all aspects of dispute resolution in the workplace, including mediation, facilitation, disputes system design and expert determination (workplace investigation).
She has an industrial law and HR background, having held roles with Australian Business Lawyers, the Local Government and Shires Association NSW and Fisher Cartwright Berriman, Lawyers and Consultants.
Danielle has also headed up the HR function of Newcastle City Council.
Danielle’s key interest is the legal and human resource management issues associated with resolving conflict by both mediation and expert determination.
