Personal Experience
After a long and successful career as an officer in the Air Force, Nigel left the military to start his own mediation business. Since 2001, Nigel has run a very busy mediation practice and has mediated hundreds of mediations, ranging from family and commercial disputes to workplace conflict.
As well as being the proprietor of Biginell & Associates, Nigel is a practicing member on several mediation panels, including The Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia and Conflict Resolution Service. He is one of the principal mediators in the ACT to conduct workplace mediations.
