CREDENTIALS

Michelle de Vries has been practising as a mediator since 2000. She has extensive experience conducting 1,000+ mediations involving mainly family dispute resolution and workplace matters. Michelle is highly experienced in lawyer assisted family dispute resolution, telephone mediations, using interpreters, shuttle negotiations, international and multi-party disputes. Telephone mediations with parties in various locations including interstate and overseas are an area of special expertise for Michelle. Michelle is a passionate educator and has lectured in Business Law for UTS and UTS Insearch in their MBA and Diploma programs. Michelle is also a mediation trainer, coach and assessor for the Australian Commercial Disputes Centre. Michelle is currently available for Mediation and family dispute resolution as well as mediation training, coaching and advanced skills workshops.
