Personal Experience
I offer Conflict Resolution Services. These include mediation, conflict analysis/coaching, training in conflict resolution and associated courses and give talks and workshops relating to conflict resolution within diverse contexts. I work with individuals, disputing parties and disputing groups. I have a holistic approach.
I have been working in the field of Conflict Resolution for nearly 20 years. I graduated from Macquarie University with a Post Graduate Diploma in Conflict Resolution in 1994. My work has included consultancy in areas such as workplace, community, family, government, and environment. I was the Mediator for Marrickville Council for 3 years.
I teach Conflict Resolution at University level, TAFE level and within the community and have developed a reputation amongst professionals and clients as being ethical, down to earth and effective.
