Harold Werksman heads the Commercial Dispute Resolution practice group of Holding Redlich. He is an Australian pioneer in the use of alternative dispute resolution processes and has developed specialised negotiation techniques designed to resolve commercial disputes. He has been invited to lecture on negotiation strategies to major public companies, government organisations and universities. He practices commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on complex corporate and commercial cases.
