CREDENTIALS

Rob Grant is a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Family Law with over 30 years experience and has an extensive family law mediation practice in both property and children's matters. He is a Registered Family Dispute Resolution Provider and a Nationally Accredited Mediator. Rob holds a Master of Laws and a Vocational Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution. Rob held the position of President of the Family Law Practitioners Association from 1995 to 1997 and thereafter continued as a member of the Executive Committee as Immediate Past President and Treasurer until 2002. Rob was a member of the Inaugural Qld Law Society Family Law Specialist Accreditation Committee and in 1997 was awarded Children's Lawyer of the Year. Rob has acted as an Independent Children's Lawyer in complex parenting matters for in excess of 25 years and was an inaugural member of the National Independent Children's Lawyer Training Panel. Rob is prepared to travel to regional Queensland to conduct mediations and dispute resolution conferences.
