CREDENTIALS

I practice in all areas of family law and de facto matters. I have been doing practising in this area since 1982. I have been mediating in Family Dispute Resolution in relation to children and property since 1988. I have held an appointment as a Federal Magistrates between 2000 and 2007. I continue to represent parties and children in a number of matters that come before the Federal Magistrates Court and the Family Court of Australia. I have also acted for parties in a number of Family Law- De facto Relationships in the District and Supreme Courts. I have acted for children and parties in matters in the Children's Court. I am a Family Dispute Resolution Provider.
