Lorraine Smith has a wide and diverse background in dispute resolution, law, education, rural and agri-business. In her consultancy, Bridges of Understanding, she has been helping companies, individuals, families, communities, farmers, professionals, schools and universities facilitate, negotiate, manage and resolve conflicts and disputes for more than fifteen years. Mediations conducted =approximate resolution SUCCESS rate = 95%. As a qualified experienced teacher Lorraine has developed and conducted programs/seminars for universities, schools and in-house training. Lorraine is a visiting guest lecturer in dispute resolution at the College of Law and is an adjudicator for the state finals of NSW Law Society SCRAM mediation competition for schools.
