CREDENTIALS

Brad Corby is an Accredited Family Dispute Resolution (FDRP) registered with the Federal Attorney General's Department and is able to issue Section 60i Certificates pursuant to the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth). Brad has held a Proper Authority as a financial advisor since 1986. This provides him with the understanding to assist with the complexities of property settlements. Brad has a vast knowledge of financial instruments including SMSF superannuation, insurance and investments which assists in the development of mediated agreements. Brad is located on the Sunshine Coast but is prepared to travel for mediations and is also available to provide mediations via Skype.
